Highlights:

 

Phnom Penh, the National Museum, the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda with a sunset cruise on the Chaktomouk River, Siem Reap and the Angkor Temple complex, the temple of Bantey Srey and cruising on Ton Le Sap Lake.

 

Two nights in Phnom Penh

Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. Later, you’ll take a cyclo to the National Museum, the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda complex. When the sun begins to set, visit Wat Phnom - the hilltop pagoda.

On the following day, you’ll visit the Tuol Sleng (now the Museum of Genocide), a High School converted into the infamous S-21 torture and interrogation centre, and the ‘Killing Fields’.

Meals: one breakfast, one lunch and one dinner
Guide: transfer from airport, the afternoon and the following day.

 

Three nights in Siem Reap

Explore the fabled temples of Angkor and the ancient capital of the Khmer empire. Stare in wonder at the intricate carvings of Angkor Wat, the Ta Phrom temple, Bayon - filled with mysterious smiling faces, the tranquil Banteay Kdei temple.

If time allows, a short walk to the top of one of the nearby hills to view a stunning panorama of the complex.

The next day will be devoted to the Bantey Srey – the Citadel of Women and a cruise on Tonle Sap lake to experience the local lives.

Meals: three breakfasts, three lunches.
Guide: transfer from airport, the afternoon and the two following days.

Farewell…

You’ll have free time until your car and driver arrives to take you to the airport for your departure flight.
